How can I follow my order ?

After purchusing your item you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.All items will be posted through royal mail and will be fully insured.

 

Why my piece looks slightly different from the images ?

Each piece is handmade and therefore may be slightly dirrent than the images on my website.

 

Can I cancel my order ?

All cancelation must be done withing 7 days in order to receive a full refund.

For a full refund jewellery must be returned unworn and in the same condition as the arrived.

Custome jewellery made to order are non-refundable.

 

Whe should I expect my order ?

All items that re in stock will be sent out withing 3-4 days.

Made to order pieces can take 4-6 weeks.
